GSS Accepting School Supplies Donations - Here is how to send them.
Please remember we are always looking for and accepting material donations that are good for schools. For those who are outside, please send for us. For those who are traveling from Ethiopia to outside, bring back for us. We can always use any of the following items. We accept used or new in good condition. Check the Good Will or Salvation Army stores for used items. The stores that sell all things for a dollar are also good sources. We do not accept money since we cannot buy the materials we need in Ethiopia or they are poor quality. You can deliver them to our central office in Bole or mail them to :

- Educational posters
- Science and Lab Equipment
- Books for ages Kindergarten to grade 4
- Laminating film or paper
- Colored paper
- Good glue sticks
- Volleyball, basketballs, soccer balls
- Physical education cones
- Puzzles and blocks appropriate for kindergarten
- Small toys and manipulatives for playing with in the class. Small toys from Mc Donald’s Happy meals are ideal.
- Good markers and crayons
- Several copies of the Guinness book of world records (the kids love this kind of book)
- Class sets of children’s scissors
- Educational flashcards
- Small prizes for the good behavior coupon prize store (pens, pencils, small pads, hair accessories, headphones, small flashlights, nice erasers, big stickers, small bouncing balls, small cars or toys, folders and so on)
- Cartoon or educational CDs for Kindergarten level
- Books of award stickers with 500 stickers in each book (small stickers for KG level)
- Soft toys or stuffed animals.
- Ready made Student of the Month and Achievement Award Certificates
